Former Rivers state Commissioner of Police, Olatunji Disu, has, on Monday, assumed office at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, weeks after being pulled out of Rivers state.
This was confirmed in a post shared on X by the FCT Police Command.
According to the post, Disu will become the 32nd FCT Police Commissioner.
“CP Olatunji Roland Disu Psc. assumes duties today, Monday, October 7, 2024, as the 32nd Commissioner of Police of the FCT Command.
“He vowed that his tenure would not tolerate all forms of crimes and criminal activities.” The post read.
Recall, NPO Reports the reshuffling within the Police structure which led deployment and redeployment of several high ranking police officers across the country.
