The bus stops in Lagos are filled up Monday morning as many commuters have been stranded over the seven day strike action embarked upon by commercial drivers across the state.
The drivers said they are downing their tools over unending extortions by motor park touts popularly called ‘Agbero.’
The union of the drivers had earlier warned of an impending strike action if the Lagos State Government does not call the parks touts to order.
The touts are said to be loyal to the Chairman of the Lagos State Parks Management Agency, Musiliu Akinsanya (popularly called MC Oluomo)
