The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned the hearing of the bail application submitted by embattled by former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami (SAN).
NPO Reported that the court had remanded Malami alongside his wife and children in Kuje Prison over alleged fraud and money laundering.
The trio were arraigned before the court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
In their first appearance last week, the court ordered their remand while acknowledging of the EFCC’s right to probe the ex-AGF.
Meanwhile, the court in its hearing of Malami’s Bail application on Friday adjourns the case until 7th of January 2026.
