Nigerian socialite and businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has declared interest in running for Imo State governorship.
The socialite made the disclosure while reacting to a post by fellow socialite, Isaac Fayose.
NPO Reported that Fayose had condemned Cubana Chief Priest for kneeling before Vice President Kashim Shettima.
Labelling him as a puppy dog in a post on his Instagram handle, the brother of former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, accused Cubana Chief Priest of making attempt to seek protection for his shady deals as he questioned his source of wealth which he claimed had no track record.
Reacting in a comment to the post, Cubana Chief Priest urged Isaac Fayose to take it easy while hinting his governorship ambition as he referenced to Ayodele Fayose.
“My brother take am easy. Life no hard like dat. It’s all love. Let God take the lead. Na that thing wey your brother don chop dey hungry me. If na down I go kneel get am, I go kneel scatter.” He wrote.
Reacting, Isaac Fayose claimed that his brother never knelt for anyone before becoming a governor while claiming that he had track record.
“My brother happy Sunday. My brother was a billionaire with track record before he became a governor at 39/40 years old…He didn’t kneel down for anyone… That’s why people call him Osoko (Stone). Anyway I solve you still… Please tell your government people that there is hunger in the land.” Fayose wrote.
Cubana Chief Priest would again reply as he dispelled the socialite’s claim that he had no track record.
“My track record of 10 years is here on my IG take time and scroll down. I served very well before I became the Boss, I passed through the process, I grew my hospitality and my entertainment brand from my own city Owerri, I have been consistent for a decade with my craft.
Take out time and study CP. I’m a builder, a winner, and achiever. Me respecting the Vice President by kneeling down is what I learnt from my in-laws the Yorubas to dobaleee.
“As for the hunger wey dey the country, I have always done my part and will continue doing my part. I have approximately over 700 staff that work under my initiative. I no small brother. Like I said, take out time and check well.” Cubana Chief Priest wrote.
