A former law maker, Shehu Sani has urged African Leaders not be relax because of the low record of cases of Coronavirus.
Sani urged them to continue to put in place preventive meatures against the contagious disease.
He added that the myth that Africans are immuned to diseases should be disregarded.
“Africa shouldn’t be complacent because of the relatively low record of cases of COVIDー19, vigilance and sustained preventative measures are needed to contain spread and protect the people.The myth that Africans are immune should be disregarded.”
