Nigerian social media influencer, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, and comedian, Freedom Atsepoyi, aka Mr. Jollof. have both caused stir as they exchanged punches during a fight on board a local airline on Monday.
The duo who had in the past traded words on social media reportedly came face-to-face aboard a United Nigerian Airline flight from Asaba in Delta State to Lagos.
What appeared to initially be verbal truce between VDM and Mr. Jollof would quickly become a fist fight as other passengers watched in awe wth some recording the clash.
As captured in one of the videos shared on X, VDM who at the front row directly opposite Mr. Jollof, had jokingly threatening to slap the comedian.
In split seconds, the social media influencer stood from his seat and approached Mr. Jollof as the fight broke out between both men.
VDM delivered couple of punches as Mr. Jollof held his shirt.
The social media influencer would later disclose in separate video that he was bitten by the comedian.
“I don chop Jollof father for inside plane. He bite me, man wey de bite,” he said in a video.
According to reports, the VDM had once dragged the comedian’s wife into their drama, alleging that she sleeps with Yahoo boys.
