Nigerian musician, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, has pinned injustice as the reason for the #EndSARS campaign he described as "rebellion".
Naira Marley took to his Twitter page to air his opinion on the protests that have been occurring for 10 days across Nigeria and abroad.
The musician said, “When injustice becomes law Rebellion becomes duty”
Providing an additional tweet, he said, "The root cause of poverty is bad government #aBetterNigeria"
He was also of the school of thought that it's better to have the governments addressing the public than representatives among the protesters meeting with them.
"Good thing we don’t have any leader for #EndSARSProtest so our government can’t single out any particular person or group. We have no leader just a collective goal, they can’t stop the protests. I’m so proud of everybody for finally speaking up and fighting for their rights," he said.
