Babafemi Ojudu, former Special Adviser on Political Matters to immediate past President, Muhammadu Buhari, has made mockery of former All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, over his quick recovery weeks after citing health concerns as reason for resignation as the party’s leader.
The inauguration of the former Kano State Governor as the new Chairman of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) earlier this week had raised eyebrow as new speculations surrounded his claim of stepping down as APC National Chairman over health challenge.
Reacting to the development in a post on his Facebook page on Friday, Ojudu satirically charged Ganduje to explain to Nigerians the nature of his mysterious Illness which forced him to step down from the APC leadership.
He also demanded Ganduje’s disclosure of how he quickly recovered ahead of his inauguration as new FAAN Board Chairman.
Ojudu charged the former Kano State Governor to open up to Nigerians as he described transparency as the best medicine.

“Could our indefatigable leader, Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje, kindly enlighten Nigerians on the nature of the mysterious illness that made him step down as National Chairman of our party—only to bounce back in under two weeks, ready for yet another high-profile national assignment?
“We ask with sincere curiosity: was it political fatigue? Chairmanship induced hypertension? Or perhaps an allergy to accountability?
“More urgently, who is the miracle doctor behind this rapid resurrection? Nigerians deserve to know! Many are battling real health challenges.
“This miracle drug—whatever it is—must be shared in the national interest.
“We are not selfish in our party. Anything that works for one comrade should work for the rest of us. Transparency, after all, is the best medicine.” The former Presidential aide wrote.
