A former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Kingsley Moghalu and his wife have been rescued from a faulty elevator. A video seen by the NPO Reports showed that rescue and emergency artisans were seen making frantic efforts to open the elevator and get to the floor where Moghalu and his wife had been stuck. It was learnt that the situation persisted for about 30 minutes before help came.
“This morning, @MoghaluKingsley
and I were stuck in an elevator for over 30 minutes! The elevator stopped in between floors. I thank God it ended well. This is why you don’t leave home without praying. Ps 91. Never know what is waiting around the corner. Glory to God,” the wife wrote on her twitter page
Mrs. Moghalu however did not state where the incident happened. However, it was obvious that the incident had possibly happened outside Nigeria because of the presence of so many people of white colour.
