The Premier League table topper took an early lead courtesy Diogo Jota’s 29th minute goal.
English defender, Trent Alexander-Arnold doubled the lead for Arne Slot’s men before halftime.
Establishing dominance against the visitors, Liverpool added to their tally with Jayden Danns 76th minute goal.
Summer signing, Federico Chiesa, would make it four for in Liverpool in 90th minute to seal a spot for the Kopites in Round 4.
At Stamford Bridge, Chelsea also hosted a League Two side, Morecambe, as they eye return back to form after previous disappointing outings.
The Enzo Marecsa-led side wasted no time to establish their dominance as Christopher Nkunku came close to putting them into an early lead from the spot which he lost.
Chelsea, however, continued their dominant display and eventually broke the deadlock courtesy Tosin Adarabioyo’s 40th minute goal before halftime.
Barely ten minutes into the second half, Christopher Nkunku redeemed himself as he doubled Chelsea’s lead.
Tosin Adarabioyo would again find the back of the net in the 70th minute to make the scoreboard 3-0.
Portuguese forward, Joao Felix sealed the game with a quick brace in the 75th and 77th minutes to confirm Chelsea’s spot in the FA Fourth Round.
