A member of the presidential campaign council of the All Progressive Congress and former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has asked the Peoples Democratic Party to sort out its internal wrangling instead of poking nose into the affairs of the All Progressive Congress.
Fani-Kayode said the party needs to get to the roots of the N1bn alleged to have been stolen by the National Chairman of the party Iyorchia Ayu.
Governor of Rivers State Nyesom Wike had alleged that Ayu stole the money.
“Instead of these Atikulators to put their house in order, beg Nyesom Wike and find out what their National Chairman did with the 1 billion he stole, they are complaining about the compostion of our PCC.
“Face your problems & leave us alone. We will meet you in the field & flog you well!”
The PDP has been enmeshed in serious internal crisis which analysts believe currently put the chances of the party’s presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar on the line.
Since Atiku emerged the winner of the party’s presidential ticket earlier this year, it has been war between him and Wike.
Wike has insisted that Ayu must resign as a condition for peace and support for the presidential candidate.
