Former Kano State Governor and immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, has been listed among the Federal Capital Territory’s (FCT) ground rent defaulters.
Ganduje led other prominent individuals and public figures including former National Chairman of the Peoples Demorcatic Party (PDP), Uche Secondus, and former Nigerian First Lady, Patience Jonathan, amongst others who are all linked to properties owing the FCT Administration ground rent charges,
Also included in the list containing 1,095 property titles published on Monday are the National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Sen. David Mark; former Cross River state governor, Donald Duke; former Osun deputy governor, Iyiola Omisore, as well as former Jigawa state governor, Sule Lamido.
As revealed in some of the pages of the list shared on X, Ganduje allegedly owe N2 million ground rent on one of his now revoked properties located in Wuse 2, Abuja.
Secondus on the other hand owe N1.9 million for his property in Maitama while Patience Jonathan owe N907,132.
In the same vein, Donald Duke amassed 782,466 accumulated ground rent debt for his property also located in Abuja.
