An Abuja-based clergyman, Ben Idume, has described President Bola Tinubu as a visionary with his appointment of Nyesom Wike as the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister.
The Vicar of St. James Anglican church, Asokoro, lauded the infrastructural development in the capital city while addressing the congregation at the Wike’s project commissioning thanksgiving service on Sunday.
In the address captured in a video shared in Instagram by Channels TV, Idume claimed he never knew Muslims see vision as held that Tinubu had foreseen the transformative potentials of Wike before appointing the former Rivers State Governor as the FCT Minister for the execution the developmental projects.
“I will not fail to thank President Tinubu who appointed this man to be Minister because even though he was hiding Rivers, he did bring him to Abuja.
“I’m not in the heart of other people, but I know it was through the President that the Minister came into office.
“The President himself is a visionary President. He can see vision somehow. That’s why he saw that this man can do something.
“I never knew that Muslims can see vision. Tinubu can see vision whether he closes eye or open.
“So, the President is a visionary President.” He said.
Addressing Wike who was in attendance at the service alongside Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, the clergyman assured the Tinubu administration of a second term in office with more accomplishments.
“This year is the second. By the third year, he will do better. By the fourth year, you will be rounding up the first phase of the first game. And then we warm up for the second empowerment.” He added.
