Some residents of Ogun State have been seen rejecting Governor Dapo Abiodun over the crisis caused by the Naira redesign policy. Abiodun, who was seen on a campaign convoy, was heard telling the residents to be calm over the hardship on Naira notes saying “emi ko ni CBN o” (I’m not the CBN that caused this.”

At some point when the Governor said his aides should throw some campaign caps to the people, they were heard rejecting the caps saying “we don’t want caps”

It was a very hostile populace that the Governor met with many of them saying “it is PDP we will vote for.”
Not even the Governor’s assurance that the Naira crisis would soon be resolved was enough to placate the angry residents.
Another voice in the video was heard cursing the governor and his men accusing them of wasting public funds on exotic cars.
