A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, Jimi Agbaje has denied joining the rulling party, APC as it’s been speculated in the social media.
Early this morning, there was a statement flying around the social media and credited to Mr Jimi Agbaje that he had rejoined APC.
In the statement titled”Jimi Agbaje rejoins APC”, Mr Agbaje was reportedly said “The awalokan 2023 is a project that both young and old in all the nooks and crannies of the Southwest should be embraced.
“I’m fully back in APC to join our Southwest leaders as well as progressive Family and friends in Lagos State,” the statement reads

Responding to NPO Correspondent’s enquiry about the statement,Mr Agbaje outrightly distanced himself from the purpoted statement described it as “Fake News”
He wrote,”When did Jimi Agbaje release this statement o? Fake news!”
