Motorists in almost parts of Lagos State are experiencing heavy traffic Thursday after a heavy downpour.
The state had, for about three hours, experienced rains non stop causing flood in many parts of the state.
The flood had expectedly created total lock-jam along many routes.
Traffic officials are having hectic time maintaining order as many drivers made to beat traffic rules in the ensuing confusion .
Areas mostly affected are Ikorodu Road, Ojota, Ketu Alapere, Oworonshoki, Apapa Oshodi Expressway , Agidingbi, Wemco.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA) has been giving updates on the situation across the state.

“Moving ahead to Caterpillar and First Bank is better but moves slowly proceeding towards Odo Eran due to alternation.
“It’s a slow moving traffic on Wemco road,” the agency said.
