As seen in the video, the men inscribed the logo on the TV cartons with white paint while also branding the TVs inside the cartons.
The man who recorded the video also identified Hisense as another brand fabricated by the fake manufacturers.
He disclosed seeing over 3,000 already branded fake TVs in one of the shops.
“Yesterday I was in Alaba and I came across all these guys that are printing on these new TVs, especially LG and Hiense.
“So. if you bought a LG TV, irrespective of its size, and it has this kind of carton, it is actually fake.
“All these things are produced in Alaba, especially those that use to print will understand this.
“In the shop I saw, they have over 3,000 pieces of this TV they have already printed the logo on.” He said.
The man further narrated how the manufacturers engage in a deal with Chinese electronic companies to produce low quality
“What these guys do is to send their request to Chinese companies that produce TV. They tell them just produce a low quality TV.” He said.
