Nasrul-Lahi-iL-Fatih Society (NASFAT) has described as an exceptional leader, its former President, Alhaji Mikhail Banji Sarumoh.
Sarumoh, who clocks 70 today was the second president to lead the widely respected Islamic organisation.
The society, in a statement issued by its National Public Relations Secretary, Alhaji Shamsideen Oseni, lauded the quality of leadership provided by the ex-President.
According to the statement, Sarumoh’s leadership as the second President in the history of NASFAT was marked by agility, wisdom, and impactful mentorship.
The incumbent NASFAT President, Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulRauf, also lauded Saeumoh for his advice and dedication to the growth of the society.
Also joining in celebrating the Sarumoh was NASFAT Chief Missioner, Iman Maroofdeen Onike, who prayed for his sound health and abundant grace.
According to the statement, Sarumoh also served as General Manager of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
The statement read in part; “Today, December 29, 2024, we celebrate a remarkable milestone in the life of an exceptional leader, Alhaji Mikhail Banji Sarumoh, who turns 70. As the second President in the history of Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT), Alhaja Sarumoh’s leadership was marked by agility, wisdom, and impactful mentorship.
“His contributions continue to inspire generations within the society and beyond.
“NASFAT President, Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, has lauded Alhaji Sarumoh for his golden advice, dynamic leadership, and unwavering dedication to the growth of the society.
“He described the celebrant as a beacon of hope and a true role model whose selfless service has elevated NASFAT to greater heights. Alhaji AbdulRauf expressed profound gratitude for his guidance and influence.
“Chief Missioner of NASFAT, Imam Maroofdeen AbdulAzeez Onike, also joined in the celebration, offering fervent prayers for the celebrant. He prayed that Allah (SWT) continues to bless Alhaji Sarumoh with sound health and abundant grace. Imam Onike encouraged NASFAT members to emulate his commitment to Allah’s cause and community development.
