The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), on Sunday disclosed that it has unraveled a new method in which drugs are now being packaged for youths.
This was made known in a recent tweet by the Head of Media and Advocacy of the agency, Femi Babafemi.
Babafemi, who shared a picture of the new method of packaging said the new method is used to package loud/colos, an illicit drug to youths particularly in the Lekki Ikoyi/VI axis of Lagos state.
He however urged parents to watch out for such items in the possession of their kids.
“Heads up to parents.
“Please watch out for these fanciful small bottles in the bags/pockets of your kids.
“They’re now being used to package Loud/Colos for our youths especially those in the Lekki/Ikoyi/VI axis of Lagos. Each goes for 15k.” He wrote.
He therefore assured that the NDLEA is already making arrests and seizures of such item.
