New Lagos Commissioner of Police Takes Over as Alabi Becomes AIG Zone 2

A new commissioner of Police Idowu Owohunwa, on Tuesday took over the Lagos State command of the Nigerian Police Force.

This was just as the former CP, Abiodun Alabi, has been elevated as Assistant Inspector General of Police in Charge of Zone 2 of the force.

Owohunwa joined the Police in 1996 after graduating from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

He hails from Kogi State.
