COVID-19 Death Toll in Nigeria Hits 1449 As NCDC Records 1,617 New cases 

The death toll from COVID-19 complications has risen to 1,449 in Nigeria.

This is following the latest update given by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, who recorded 1,617 new cases in the last 24 hours. According to the latest update, Lagos State, the epicentre of the virus recorded 776 cases, while Kaduna has 147.
