Making the mark alongside Oludolapo, who is also a broadcast journalist, were three other Nigerian women in the media industry which include Justina Asishana, Damilola Fajinmi, and Efe Omordia.
The other three include Dianah Chinyangwa (Zimbabwe), Ruth Atim (Uganda), and Chemutai Audrey (Kenya).

As profiled by WanaData, Oludolapo Adewale is a dynamic media and communication professional based in Nigeria, with expertise spanning diction and public speaking coaching, media training, presentation, production, voiceovers, and content creation.
More than just a media expert, she is a mentor and advocate, committed to amplifying the voices of young women in the industry.

She understands the struggles many young women face when trying to break into the media space, lack of access, limited support, and voices often hushed. Media Girls Nigeria is her way of changing that narrative, offering a hub for job and fellowship opportunities, mentorship, and capacity-building webinars.
Her impact extends far beyond mentorship. As a seasoned diction and public speaking coach, Oludolapo has trained over 500 students, 50 teachers, 800 participants in group sessions, and more than 30 executives through one-on-one masterclasses.
Her passion for excellence has earned her accolades, including the Outstanding Presenter Award (Southwest Region) at the Nigerian Broadcasters Merit Awards in 2016 and the Best Spoken Word Record Award at the African Voice and Podcast Awards in 2024.
A graduate of LAUTECH Ogbomoso with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Oludolapo also holds certifications in Public Relations from the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.
However, her true calling lies in the power of storytelling, voice, and mentorship, empowering the next generation of women in media to find their place and thrive
