The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited’s Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, has on Sunday bagged the Champions Newspaper’s 2024 Media Manager of the Year Award.
This was disclosed in a post shared on the company’s official X handle on Monday.
According to the post, Soneye was presented the award by former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Ernest Ebi, during a well-attended ceremony at Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos.
Celebrating the recognition of its spokesperson, the NNPC maintained that the award served as proof of Soneye’s leadership excellence in driving strategic communication and stakeholders engagement.
“This accolade demonstrates Mr. Soneye’s exceptional leadership in driving excellence in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement at NNPC Ltd.” The post partly read.
