Ogun state government has sealed the uncompleted hotel construction project of owned by Nigerian musician, Habib Okikiola, popularly known as Portable.
This is coming days after the Zazoo crooner and his staff had allegedly assaulted officials of the Ogun State Planning and Development Permit Authority (OGPDPA) at his bar located along Iyana Ilogbo, in Ota area of the state.
NPO reported the singer’s denial of the alleged assault as he gave an account of how the officials had allegedly stormed his bar and assaulted his customers and apprentices.
According reports, Portable, who earlier boasted about the hotel project on social media, is claimed to have built the structure near a mosque in Ogun State.
The sealing of the hotel was captured in a now viral post online.
The officials investigating the property could be seen attempting to lock and shut the entry while wearing reflective jackets.
In response to the circumstance, Portable apparently blamed his father for failing to interfere despite receiving financial assistance from him.
