Hundreds of commercial motorcycles riders popularly called Okada have set at least two buildings ablaze in an estate in Abuja.
The incident happened at the Global Estate Lokogoma area of the metropolitan area after a motorist was accused of knocking one of them down.
The irate riders were said to have pursued the motorist into the estate and attacked security men at the gate.
After gaining control of the gate, hundreds of ten were said to have entered and set two houses on fire before the arrival of security men who stopped further damage.
It was gathered that the motorist is not a resident in the estate but only ran into the estate because of the presence of a police post.
