A yet-to-be identified man has sparked public outrage with calls for his arrest as he captured in a now viral video beating a toddler.
The man, suspected to be the father of the child could be seen in the disturbing clip shared on X on Wednesday beating the toddler with a charger cord.
He repeatedly whipped the cord on the young girl’s head and neck which sent her scrambling on the floor as she burst into tears.
While the circumstances surrounding the incident is currently unclear, the video had however sparked outrage from members of the public with calls for the arrest of both the man and the person recording the assault.
