The Peoples Democratic Party on Friday concluded its screening exercise for those eyeing its presidential ticket for the 2023 election.
However Chairman of the Screening committee Senator David Mark, confirmed the disqualification but declined to reveal the identities of those disqualified.
He said the affected two aspirants did not meet the criteria set by the committee on the mandate of the National Working Committee of the party.
Those who were present for the screening on Friday include former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Senate President Bukola Saraki, Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, publisher of Ovation Magazine, Dele Momodu, former Governor of Abia State Mr. Peter Obi, Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Emmanuel Udom, Governor of Bauchi, Bala Mohammed, former Senate President Anyim Pius Anyim, Governor of Sokoto State Aminu Tambuwal.
