Nigerian First Lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, has earned chieftaincy title in Enugu state.
The first lady was honoured with the title Ugosimba 1 of Enugu, which translates to “Jewel of Women Empowerment,” by the state’s traditional rulers’ council.
Addressing Remi Tinubu, the council’s chairman, HRH Igwe Asadu, expressed his gratitude to the first lady and President Bola Tinubu.
The council chairman thereafter endorsed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 Presidential election.
“On behalf of my brothers here and fellow kings, we thank you and thank our father. Send this message to him that we thank him. Like I said, there is no vacancy in Aso Rock just like there is no vacancy here.” He said.
