Saudi Arabia has announced plan to build the world’s first ever sky stadium ahead of the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
The oil-rich Arabian country disclosed that the groundbreaking feat named NEOM Stadium will be suspended at an astonishing 350 meters (1,150 feet) above the desert floor within the futuristic NEOM city of The Line.
NEOM Stadium will reportedly boast of 46,000 seats with the entire facility powered by renewable energy.
It is set to debut around 2032 ahead of the the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
According to reports, matches all the way to the quarterfinals will be hosted in the stadium.
Construction of the edifice is set to begin soon.
