A member of the House of Representatives Shina Peller, has alleged he was rigged out of the contest for the All Progressive Congress senatorial ticket for Oyo North.
Senator Fatai Buhari, won the party’s primary for a third term with 570 votes.

Buhari’s runner-up, Saheed Alaran, polled six votes, while Peller, representing Iseyin, Kajola, Itesiwaju and Iwajowa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, had five votes.
Peller vowed to ensure he reclaims the ticket accusing of being rigged out.
He said between now and the next seven months when election will hold, he will be given back the ticket.
