The incident, as disclosed in a statement issued on Wednesday by the state Commissioner for Information, Kingsley Fanwo, involved a bus returning from the 2025 International Day of Persons with Disabilities event in Lokoja.
According to Fanwo, 13 other people sustained varying degrees of injuries from the crash.
