Human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, has alongside his legal counsels, accompanied Youths Corp member, Ushie Rita, as she appears before her Local Government Inspector (LGI) today over criticism of President Bola Tinubu.
NPO reported that the corp member had taken to her tiktok page @talktoraye to express distress over the soaring cost of living particularly as a youth corper.
She decried the economic condition of the country which claimed was overwhelming for her as she labelled Tinubu a “terrible President”.
Rita would, in another post alleged being threatened by NYSC Board to pull down the video.
This had sparked reaction from members of the public and activists who condemned the NYSC board for threatening the lady.

“The journey with youth Corper, Ushie Rita uguamaye, has commenced in Lagos. She is scheduled to appear before the LGI today and we will escort her to their offices. We are all en route with attorneys, Festus Ogun, Yinka Oyesomi, and Justice Ojienoh.” Sowore wrote.
The Sahara Reporter publisher would, in a separate post, announce their arrival at the Eti-Osa Local Government.
