Vows to Avenge Ex-Leader’s Killing

The newly appointed acting Supreme Leader Iran, Ayatollah Arafi, has vowed to avenge the death of his predecessor, Ayatollah Khameni, as he announced the takeover of Iranian politics.
This is coming hours Khameni’s death during multiple missile attack on Therian, the Iran capital city, by the United States and Israeli troops.
The attack which had since escalated into full blown crisis across the Middle East prompted the Iranian government to seek successor of its Supreme Leader after confirming his death.
Arafi would on Sunday be appointed as the new leader in acting capacity.
Shortly after his appointment, the Iran leader took to his X account where he formally announced his take over and vowed to avenge the killing of Khameni.
“I’m now taking charge of Iran’s politics. Ali Khamenei’s death will definitely be avenged soon as soon Possible.” He declared.
In a subsequent post, Arafi held that the US and Israel will be accountable for all damages inflicted on Iran while further quoting a scripture of the Quran which warned Muslims against associating with Jews and Christians.
