President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Anambra state for the inauguration of the Government House built by the state governor, Chukwuma Soludo.
The President landed at the Chinua Achebe International Airport where he was received by Soludo.
The newly constructed Government House located in Akwa, the state’s capital, spanned nearly 8 hectares in Awka.
It has been described as Nigeria’s “biggest and greenest” Government House in the country.
The edifice also marks an end to the government’s usage of makeshift facilities in Amawbia since its creation of the state 34 years ago.
Aside the inauguration, Tinubu is also billed to hold a town hall meeting with Southeast leaders.
The President will also be opening other initiatives, including the Solution Fun City recreational centre, built by Soludo.
