President Bola Tinubu has, on Monday, celebrated his Special Adviser on Policy Communication, Dr Daniel Bwala, on his 50th birthday.
Tinubu, in a congratulatory message issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, lauded Bwala’s articulation of government polices to ensure the public understands the administration’s agenda.
The president also commended Bwala for leveraging his expertise as a lawyer, political analyst and public affairs commentator in performing his duties with clarity and insight.
“President Tinubu lauds Bwala’s articulation of government policies to ensure the public understands the administration’s agenda,
“On this milestone birthday, I join family, friends, and colleagues in celebrating Bwala, whose insights on government policies and programmes continue strengthening the administration’s outreach efforts.
“May the years ahead bring him continued fulfilment and greater opportunities to advance our collective vision for a thriving Nigeria,” Tinubu said.
The President wished him continued success and more years of impactful service to the nation.
Bwala, a member of the Nigerian and English Bar, sparked controversies following his appointment as Tinubu’s media aide.
The former spokesperson of the 2023 People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, was renown for his heavy criticism of the All Progressive Congress (APC) administration.
His appointment by Tinubu had raised eyebrows over his personality.
NPO reported that Arise TV presenter, Rafiu Oseni, had slammed him for lacking integrity in a recent interview.
