Tinubu Holds Closed Door Meeting With Deposed Emir of Kano, Sanusi

President Bola Tinubu, is today holding a meeting with the deposed Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.
Sanusi, before becoming the Emir, had earlier been removed as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
He was succeeded by the incumbent Godwin Emefiele.
Emefiele was suspended last week and is currently under interrogation in the office of the Directorate of State Security.
The former CBN governor has arrived the Presidential Villa and went straight into the meeting with the President.
No one could say what the mission of the former Emir was.
There have also been reports of the attempt by the new Kano Governor Kabir Abba Yusuff to review issues that led to his deposition.
