Tragedy struck in the early hours of Wednesday as the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ondo State has died.
Chief Fatai Adams reportedly died in the early hours according to the Party’s Publicity Secretary, Mr Kennedy Peretei.
Details of his death were sketchy at press time as the party could not offer the cause of the death.
Mr. Adams was suspended on January 2 by PDP executive officers for anti party activities and for engaging in activities likely to bring the party to disrepute.
His suspension was later ratified by the State Working Committee on January 4 by the state working committee.
His death came 43 days after he was suspended from the party.
