NPO earlier Reported that Zazoo crooner was granted N1 million bail by the Upper Area Court sitting at the Kwara state capital.
However, the court had, in its ruling, held that the bail is conditional upon the provision of two sureties in like sum.
As disclosed by Portable’s lawyer, Barr. Isaac Adebayo, who filed the oral bail application, the court ruled that one of the sureties must be either the Chairman or Secretary of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN).
The other must possess a landed property within a Government Reserved Area (GRA), backed by a valid Certificate of Occupancy (C of O).
Adebayo had admitted to the stringency of the conditions while expressing optimism of meeting them.

As captured in a now viral video on X, the Crooner was ushered into a waiting Black Maria van following the court session.
