UNIOSUN Names Biggest Faculty Building After Interior Minister, Aregbesola

The management of Osun State University, UNIOSUN, has named its biggest faculty building, Faculty of Engineering after Engr. Rauf Aregbesola, Minister of Interior and Immediate Past Visitor of the institution.

The building has been named Rauf Aregbesola Engineering Building

Buildings and streets of the University were named after eminent personalities who, according to the institution, had served and contributed immensely to the growth of the institution

The Administrative Building was named after Prof. Peter Okebukola who is the pioneer Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Governing Council of the institution.

Late Oba Okunade Sijuwade, the immediate past Chancellor of the University, was honoured with the naming of the road that stretches from the College of Health Sciences to Down Town cafeteria after him.

The road stretch from the University gate to the end at Tunde Ponle Drive was named after Mallam Yusuf Ali as "Yusuf Ali avenue.
