The spate of attacks and killings by insurgents resumed on Wednesday morning as suspected bandits attacked a community at Giwa Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
This is coming barely three days after the attack and abduction of over 25 schoolgirls in Kebbi State.
Another case of multiple attack was reported yesterday evening at Eruku area of Kwara State where the bandits had stormed a local church, killing two and abducting scores of congregants before launching another attack on commuters along the road.
The disturbing moment captured in livestream footage of the church’s programme showed the armed bandits opening fire at the church as the congregants scampered for safety.
With the spate of attacks in the last three days still leaving many Nigerians disturbed and in shock, another video of fresh attack at Giwa LGA community surfaced online.
As captured in the video, residents of the community could be seen scampering for safety as sound gunshots from the bandits rented the air.
The number of causalities is however uncertain as no official statement has been issued to confirm the incident.
