Tracey Ohiri, the businesswoman who called out Minister of Works, Sen. Dave Umahi, over alleged N205 million debts, has been hospitalised after collapsing on Friday.
This was disclosed in a post shared on X by human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore.
Ohiri was alleged to have collapsed during attempt by the police to rearrest her after meeting her bail condition as demanded by the Abuja Magistrate court on Thursday.
Videos circulating across social media showed the woman lying face down with people trying attempting revive her.
She was however rushed to a nearby hospital in Abuja where she has been admitted.
Video shared by Sowore showing her lying unconscious on the hospital bed with drip passed through her right arm.
The development is coming hours after she granted bail by the Abuja Magistrate court following her arraignment by the FCT Police Command.
Her ordeal had since sparked public outrage with protesters gathering at Umahi’s office earlier today.
