G7 leaders pledge to support Ukraine “for as long as it takes” and tell Russia it must allow free passage of food from Ukraine
UK PM Boris Johnson says the “price of freedom is worth paying” when asked about the cost of helping defend Ukraine
Meanwhile, Russia is believed to have defaulted on its debt – but the Kremlin says it’s “not our problem”
And Nato is massively expanding its quick response force from 40,000 to 300,000 troops
