Zenith Bank has restored its Mobile Banking Platforms days after sudden technical glitch.
While apologizing to its customers for the inconveniences experienced, the bank, in a notification on its app, announced the restoration of its online services.
Zenith Bank gave infrastructure upgrade as reason for the initial disruption.
“Dear Valued Customer,
“We sincerely apologize for the service disruptions you experienced recently on our banking channels.
“This was due to an Information Technology upgrade airned atimproving thequality Of service provide you.
“We have made significant progress with the upgrade and you can now perform transactions conveniently with thefollowing Zenith Bankchannels: Your Zenith Debit Card, The Zenith Bank Mobile App, The Zenith Bank Internet Banking Platform, and Zenith Agents nationwide (Agent Banking)
“You can also visit any of our branches nationwide to perform your transactions.” The post read.
Recall, NPO Reports that frustration began amongst the bank’s customer on Tuesday as they were unable to perform financial transactions across all the bank’s online channels.
Meanwhile, Zenith customers were the only one to experience the technical breakdown as First Bank customers also have their fair share of frustration.
