Super Eagles striker, Victor Boniface, has completed €5 million loan move from Bayer Leverkusen to Italian Serie A giant, AC Milan, with a €24 million buy option clause.
This was confirmed in a post shared on X on Thursday by popular football agent, Fabrizio Romano.
According to Romano, the 24-year-old Nigerian player is set to travel to Milan for his medical test and contract signing with the 19-time Serie A champions.
Boniface joined the crop of other Bayer Leverkusen players from the 2024 German Bundesliga title-winning squad to have left the club.
The departure of Spanish coach, Xabi Alonso, to Real Madrid had seen several players from the squad left Bayer Leverkusen, ranging from Jeremie Frimpong, Florian Wirtz, to now Victor Boniface.
Prior to his loan move, Boniface who joined Bayer Leverkusen in 2023 scored a total of 32 goals and 12 assists for the German club.
