Boluwatife Balogun, son of popular Nigerian afrobeats artist, Ayodeji Balogun (Wizkid), has followed his father’s footstep as dropped his debut Extended Play (EP).
The 14-year-old prodigy who has adopted the stage name Champz announced the release of the much-anticipated EP titled “Champions Arrival” on Tuesday.
The EP comprised of five solo tracks which include Champion Montana, Superstar, Champion Sound, and Champiano.
Tife’s EP had since its release attracted several commendations from fans who had waited to hear the first son of the legendary Wizkid sing.
The song is currently ranked number one on Apple Music Nigeria Top Albums chart.

Born on the 13th of May 2011, Tife, as popularly known, grew up in fame attributed to his father.
The teenager however decided to chase his own fame as he stepped into the music industry which still largely has his father a dominant force to reckon with.
However, unlike Wizkid, Tife’s genre largely centred on rap song as evident in his debut EP.
While some netizens labelled him a Nepo baby with his songs linked to Gen Z’s some have however started comparing him with legendary rapper, Olamide.
