A seemingly war-weary United States of American President, Donald Trump, has said that he is ready to make a deal with Iran, the country he had launched a bitter war against in three weeks.
Trump gave the update at the White House on Monday hours after he said that he had instructed the Department of War to halt the bombing of Iran in a war that has drawn condemnations across the globe.
Trump said that Iran is ready for a deal adding that American is also ready for peace deal.
This was hours after Iran had denied broaching any peace deal with Trump noting that it is the American president that appears to be tired of war.
“We have had very strong talks, we will see where they lead. We have major points of agreements.
“I would say almost all points of agreement. Perhaps that hasn’t been conveyed. Their communication as you know has been blown into pieces.
“They are unable to talk to each other but we’ve had very strong talks.
“If they carry through with that, it will end that problem, that conflict. And I think it will ened it very substantially.” President Trump told reporters
