Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, presented the letter to Oke, Aminu Dalhatu, and Senator Jimoh Ibrahim on Tuesday.
NPO Reported that the trio had made the list of 68 Ambassadors-Designate appointed by President Bola Tinubu.
While Oke was posted as Ambassador-Designate to France, Dalhatu was posted as high commissioner-designate to the United Kingdom.
Ibrahim, on the other hand, was posted as Permanent Representative-Designate to the United Nations, New York.
While congratulating the Ambassadors-Designate, Odumegwu-Ojukwu, in a post shared on her X handle, explained that the letter of credence serves as a formal accreditation of the diplomats, authorising them to represent Nigeria’s interest at their host countries.
