Nigerian Afrobeat icon, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has slammed fellow singer, Damini Ogulu (Burna Boy) over his alleged assault on disc jockey, DJ Tunez.
Burna Boy had yesterday come under public spotlight following video of his alleged clash with DJ Tunez at Obi’s House on Easter Monday.
Clash reportedly erupted after DJ Tunez allegedly played a yet-to-be released song he recorded with Burna Boy.
The singer was said to have told him to stop the music, but the entertainer allegedly ignored him.
This would be followed by a clip showing the duo exchanging punches before Burna Boy’s bodyguards and others present at the event latched on the disc jockey, stomping and kicking him.
While some reports claimed Burna Boy was not involved in the assault, the singer would however appear in a video making mockery of DJ Tunez as he was seen dancing to a song by the entertainer.
Reacting in a post shared on his X handle on Wednesday, Wizkid slammed Burna Boy was putting on a towel in the mockery video.
Wizkid labelled him Diddy’s babe in reference to his alleged engagement with the infamous United State rapper, Sean P. Diddy jailed for five years after been convicted of sex trafficking.
“Pussy nigga Jump a dj with 10man carry diddy towel Dey dance. I never see fool like this diddy babe for my life.” Wizkid wrote.
The post had since sparked mixed reactions in what many considered to have reignited fresh feud between the duo.
