Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have commenced the counting of votes at several polling units in the ongoing 2026 Ekiti State Governorship Election.
NPO Reported that the voting exercise which commenced at 8:30am was billed to close by 2:30pm.
With some polling units starting at the scheduled time, voting was concluded by 2:30pm at the polling units.
INEC officials had since commenced vote counting as the election progresses.
