Olawale Rasheed, the Spokesperson to Governor Ademola Adeleke, has delivered his polling unit for the Accord Party in the ongoing Osun State gubernatorial election.
Results announced by INEC officials on Saturday from Unit 5, Gidigbo 2, Post Office, Iwo LGA showed Accord defeating the APC in Rasheed’s unit.
Accord polled 120 votes to beat the APC, which scored 56 votes.
The outcome extended Accord’s dominance in the Gidigbo 2 area, with the party also winning Unit 6 with 158 votes to APC’s 62, and Unit 13 with 162 votes to APC’s 31.
